NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a Flight Ops Services Delivery Manager to join our growing team.

Navblue is a trusted partner for 500+ customers worldwide, providing Flight Operations solutions and services for Airlines.

The scope of Services provided by NAVBLUE includes:

  • Operational Documentation Management (Ops Manuals)
  • Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Management
  • Flight Data Analysis
  • Load & Trim Sheet Package
  • Aircraft Performance Services including Airport and Obstacle Database (AODB), Flight Planning performance, RTOW charts, etc

 

Your role and responsibilities:

The Flight Ops Services Delivery Manager ensures the proper execution of Services, in line with the NAVBLUE strategy, and ensures commitments are met in terms of time, cost and quality. The job holder will

  • Interface with the customers, understand their needs and expectations in terms of deliverables
  • Contribute to the Service contract
  • Coordinate, follow-up delivery of the Service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Share its experience and knowledge to enhance the NAVBLUE solutions and services

EXPERIENCE

  • 10 years of relevant work experience from the aviation or aeronautical industry in an appropriate position:
    • Worked for an OEM with experience in customer service, or
    • Worked for an airline, service provider in flight operations, training or equivalent department.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Educated to a 5-year engineering degree level (or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of aircraft flight operations (weight and balance, aircraft performance, flight ops documentation, Electronic Flight Bag, etc…)
  • Knowledge of Airbus software: LTS, PEP, PERF ADMIN, FODM, FlySmart+ Gateway,...
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strongly focused and self-motivated to overcome challenges to deliver on time and on quality
  • Flexible, adaptive approach with strong customer focus
  • Project management
  • Negotiation level of English
  • Ability to work within a team and team spirit
  • Communication skill
  • Pilot knowledge could be a plus

 

TRAVEL REQUIRED 

  • Occasional travel internationally
